Hey...this is not so much a comment as a suggestion. Although I am not too clear on the bars in Seattle (there are too many for me to remember; each contributed to my memory loss), I can recommend two must-sees between here and there. You should check out McMenamin's "Olympic Club" in Centralia; it'll remind you of a Wisconsin town, I think. You should not indulge too much, though, you'll have to leave room for some crazy-flavored Rogue beers (chipotle, smoke, etc.) at the "Rogue Brew Pub and Eatery" in North Plains (just outside of Portland). Last time we were there, an impromptu ten-piece band appeared, washtub bass and all. We had to stay far too long...don't do that, but do stop there...
